General Information
All bookings made through Traevo.asia (tours, ferry tickets, hotels, or packages) require a valid payment to confirm your reservation.
By completing payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Payment Policy as well as our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Payment Confirmation
For instant payments (QRIS, cards, e-wallets): booking is confirmed automatically once payment is successful.
For bank transfers: please send proof of payment to info@traevo.asia
or via WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
Once verified, you’ll receive an e-ticket or booking confirmation via email.

Deposit Policy
Some bookings may require a deposit instead of full payment:
50% deposit required to secure your booking.
Remaining balance must be paid before departure or upon check-in, depending on the service type.
Details are clearly stated in your booking confirmation email.
Currency & Pricing
All prices are shown in United State Dollars ($) by default.
If you pay in another currency (AUD, IDR, EUR, etc.), your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion fee or exchange rate difference.
Prices are inclusive of 10% government tax, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Security
Your security is our priority:
All transactions are processed via SSL-encrypted connections.
We do not store credit card information on our servers.
Payment gateways used by Traevo Payment are PCI-DSS compliant (international security standard).
Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment fails or remains pending:

Invoices & Receipts
After successful payment, you’ll receive:
Digital receipt / invoice to your registered email.
Details include booking number, payment method, and transaction summary.
