Lost Something During Your Trip?

If you lost an item during your trip, please contact our support team immediately with your booking number, travel date, and a description of the lost item. We will coordinate with the local guide operator or driver to help locate and return your belongings when possible.

The Driver Is Not Here. When Will They Pick Me Up?

Please check your pickup time and location on your booking confirmation. Drivers may experience short delays due to traffic or other pickups. If it’s more than 10 minutes late, contact our customer service via WhatsApp or the phone number listed in your booking details for quick assistance.

Can You Wait for Me? I Am Stuck in Traffic / Running Late.

We understand travel delays happen! Please inform us as soon as possible. Our team or driver will try to adjust your pickup schedule if the delay is reasonable, but in some cases, late arrivals may result in missed transfers. Always plan to be ready 15–20 minutes before departure time.

Why Did My Driver Take a Picture of Me?

Drivers may take a quick photo for safety verification and check-in purposes. This helps confirm passenger identity and ensure your trip is recorded correctly in our system. Your privacy and data are always protected.

How Should I Handle My Valuables?

We recommend keeping all valuables — such as passports, wallets, phones, and cameras — in your personal bag. Do not leave them unattended in vehicles or boats. Traevo.asia and its partners are not responsible for lost or unattended personal items.

My Luggage Was Damaged or Disappeared During the Trip. What Can I Do?

Please report it immediately to the crew or driver before leaving the port or vehicle. Take a photo of the damage and contact our support team within 24 hours. We’ll help coordinate with the transport operator to resolve the issue based on their policy.
